Cities and Towns Traffic Operations Center (TOC) manages traffic signal operations and may perform other traffic management activities. This ITS element represents all cities and counties existing and planned for in the future. Some cities and towns plan to connect with other local traffic ops centers, including but not limited to, ADOTs statewide TOC, local police, local fire, emergency operations centers and transit services. This element could be existing or planned.
