Description
The Highway Condition Reporting System (HCRS) is ADOT's statewide closure and restriction information central server. HCRS is essentially an internal multi-agency information sharing system. This element represents long term archived data, not used for data distribution but rather as long-term storage for planning. HCRS also provides support as a ITS Data Warehouse. The information in this archive may be used for performance monitoring and uses data not necessarily generated from ITS systems for performance measurement.
