Description

The Highway Condition Reporting System (HCRS) is ADOT's statewide closure and restriction information central server. HCRS is essentially an internal multi-agency information sharing system, but the information entered into HCRS (planned closures, special events, incidents, advisories) is used to populate the public website (www.az511.gov) and the 511 Phone System. This element represents the traveler information services of the HCRS.
