The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) is a non-profit organization striving to develop model programs in motor vehicle administration, police traffic services, and highway safety. AAMVA represents the state and provincial officials in the United States and Canada who administer and enforce motor vehicle laws. AAMVA operates the International Registration Plan (IRP) Clearinghouse.
