Description
The traffic database for Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO) and Council of Governments (COG). This element archives raw traffic count data collected throughout the region. Assists with fulfilling Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) federal requirements to collect current traffic counts (and other info) for all functionally classified roads.
