CDL MVR Process for Orgs on AZ MVD Now

Overview

For eligible organizations, you may be given access to generate Commercial Driver License (CDL) holder Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs).

To obtain access:

Once set up you will have the ability to designate representatives from your organization who will log in to AZ MVD Now and perform these services.

There are two types of CDL MVRs available:

Processing a CDL MVR - How To Video

  1. From the Services menu, click Extended CDL MVR.

  1. Read the Terms of Use.
  2. Click the certification of terms of use if you agree and want to move forward.
  3. Click Continue.

  1. Type either the employees' Driver License Number or SSN.
  2. Type the employees' Date of Birth.
  3. Click Search.

  1. If the individual is found they will be listed. Click the arrow icon to select.

  1. Select which Driver MVR Type you want from the drop down.
  2. Click Continue.

  1. The service type and fees will display.
  2. To continue, click Add to Cart.

  1. Select the Payment Type from the drop down.

Payment options include:

  • Credit/Debit/Prepaid Gift Card or Bank Account - will take you to payment processing service to enter details
  • Customer Account - add funds and use toward services (example: add funds one time for $200 and then use those funds each time you or a representative processes an MVR) - Click Customer Account Funds link to add funds
  • Prepaid Voucher - Purchase a Prepaid Voucher which acts like a gift card (example: purchase PPV for $200 and then use that PPV each time a representative processes an MVR--the balance will decrement) - Click Prepaid Voucher link to purchase a PPV

  1. Click Checkout.
  2. You will be taken to payment processing where you will enter payment details and finalize your service.

MVRs are NOT mailed. The physical address information at the bottom of this page is generic to the Cart page.

  1. With the service finalized, you will see the payment receipt and the MVR listed and available to download.
  2. Click the download icon to download.

  1. Click the downloaded .PDF to open. If this option isn't available on your computer, you will go to your Downloads folder to access the PDF.

  1. The CDL MVR will open to view or print.

The Current Credential section will list the Class and any restrictions, endorsements, or attributes.

The Medical and TSA section will list information such as:

If no medical examination documentation is on file, 'Medical eligibility' field will display as 'No Medical Information Available.'
