As an Organization Administrator, once you have logged into your account you can add, delete or edit your representatives you want to access your organization account and conduct MVD business on behalf of your organization. Note: the ability to manage representatives is only available to those designated as an Administrator.
IMPORTANT: As you consider who you want to designate as a representative for your organization, these individuals will have access to perform vehicles services related to vehicles your organization owns (i.e. title, registration, sold notices, etc.), fund or use funds from your organization's financial account, and more. You will want to be clear with these individuals on what they should or should not do on behalf of your organization. And if they leave your organization, you will want to deactivate their access as soon as practicable. |
You will get a confirmation message that the representative was created. In the Current Representatives listing you will see the newly added representative.
If the active button is checked, it means the Representative's access to AZ MVD Now is active.
If your representative phone number has changed, you will need to unlink their old number from their access so they can add their updated phone number. This phone number is used for user authentication.
The next time the representative logs in to AZ MVD Now for your organization, they will be prompted to add their new phone number so they can get the authentication text/call to authenticate their identity.
