Managing Your AZ MVD Now Representatives

As an Organization Administrator, once you have logged into your account you can add, delete or edit your representatives you want to access your organization account and conduct MVD business on behalf of your organization. Note: the ability to manage representatives is only available to those designated as an Administrator.

IMPORTANT: As you consider who you want to designate as a representative for your organization, these individuals will have access to perform vehicles services related to vehicles your organization owns (i.e. title, registration, sold notices, etc.), fund or use funds from your organization's financial account, and more. You will want to be clear with these individuals on what they should or should not do on behalf of your organization. And if they leave your organization, you will want to deactivate their access as soon as practicable.
  1. From the Admin menu, click Manage Representatives.

  1. The list of existing representatives will generate. As the original organization Administrator you will see your name listed.
  2. Click Add Representative.

  1. Type the Name, Phone and Email Address for the new representative. Important, this should be your representatives work details, not their personal details.
  2. If the individual you are designating as a representative should also have access to add and remove your organization's representatives, check the Organization Administrator option.
  3. Type and confirm a password that you will provide to the representative to log in.
  4. Click Save.

You will get a confirmation message that the representative was created. In the Current Representatives listing you will see the newly added representative.

  1. From the Admin menu, click Manage Representatives.

  1. Select the edit icon (pencil) for that representative.

If the active button is checked, it means the Representative's access to AZ MVD Now is active.

  1. To remove their access, uncheck the Active option.

  1. Click Save.

  1. The representative's will no longer be displayed on the Active Representatives list and their access will be disabled immediately.

  1. To see the list of Inactive representatives, click the Include Inactive checkbox.
  2. The date the inactive representative will be displayed to indicate they are not active
  3. You can reactivate the representative by clicking the edit icon (pencil) and checking the Active checkbox.

If your representative phone number has changed, you will need to unlink their old number from their access so they can add their updated phone number. This phone number is used for user authentication.

  1. Click the phone icon next to the representative's name.

  1. Click Yes.

The next time the representative logs in to AZ MVD Now for your organization, they will be prompted to add their new phone number so they can get the authentication text/call to authenticate their identity.
