| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This is a pavement rehabilitation project on SR87 between Green Valley Parkway and Houston Mesa Road. The scope of work includes milling and replacing asphalt, drainage improvements and ADA upgrades. Construction is scheduled for FY25. Update scope to include installation of Gridsmart video detection system at seven intersections along SR87 and SR260. Project limits to be updated to include SR260 MP 252.08 to MP 253.61. SR87 limits will remain the same. Staff: $15K Consultant: $120K ICAP: $14K |

| This is a pavement rehabilitation project on SR87 between Green Valley Parkway and Houston Mesa Road. The scope of work includes milling and replacing asphalt, drainage improvements and ADA upgrades. Construction is scheduled for FY25. Update scope to include installation of Gridsmart video detection system at seven intersections along SR87 and SR260. Project limits to be updated to include SR260 MP 252.08 to MP 253.61. SR87 limits will remain the same. These changes will be included in the FY24 - FY28 Five Year Program. ICAP is included in this request. |
