25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new project

26. JUSTIFICATION

Request is for the funding of 115 LED fixtures that will be retrofitting the existing HPS lighting throughout Sedona. These units will be installed by State forces and this request is for materials only, which will be purchased through the Procurement Group. The existing lighting fixtures are failing and the components needed to repair them are no longer being made. In addition, this project will result in lower utility costs. ICAP is included in this request.
