Change project name, beginning milepost and project length
26. JUSTIFICATION
Change project name to "Aberdeen Rd - Castle Dome Mine Rd". Change beginning milepost to 47.8 to align with the end of the widening project from Imperial Dam Rd to Aberdeen Rd. Revise the project length to 6.2 miles. These changes will be included in the FY24 - FY28 Five Year Program.

Increase Construction Budget
26. JUSTIFICATION
The original estimate used for programming underestimated the overall cost of construction. The original estimate also did not include a contingency for unidentified items and cost for the year of expenditure. The updated construction estimate incorporates these items and accounts for a FY 2023 year of expenditure. ICAP is included in this request. Contingent upon PPAC approval, this will be included in the FY22-FY26 Five Year Program.
