| The original estimate used for programming underestimated the overall cost of construction. The original estimate also did not include a contingency for unidentified items and cost for the year of expenditure. The updated construction estimate incorporates these items and accounts for a FY 2023 year of expenditure. ICAP is included in this request. Contingent upon PPAC approval, this will be included in the FY22-FY26 Five Year Program. |
