| This request adds FY23 funds to the FY22 project due to delays in getting the FY22 Procurement Contract finalized. The budget increase is for upgrades to the dynamic message signs (DMS) in the Phoenix metro area. The upgrades will install retrofit kits in the older message boards. The materials will be purchased through procurement and TSMO staff will perform the installation. |
