| Delete demolition project. |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| Originally, the plan was to use a separate procurement contract under project H799312C, for the demolition of properties within parcels 8-1954 and 8-1955. Acquisition of the subject parcels took longer than anticipated. Additionally, the ADOT Right of Way Section anticipated delays in the procurement of a demolition contractor. Thus, the completion of the actual demolition work could potentially delay the W Kingman TI Construction advertisement (H799301C) planned in December. The project team has decided it is in the best interest of the project to add the scope and budget of the demolition project (H799312C) into W Kingman TI construction project (H799301C). ICAP is included in the request. |

| Establish demolition project. |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| Two residential structures located within the proposed ADOT parcel #8-1954 & #8-1955 to be acquired for the project, will require demolition. Acquisition is anticipated to be completed by June 2022. Demolition activities will include the removal of structures and debris. This will be a procurement project. These changes will be placed in the FY23 - FY27 Five Year Program. ICAP is included in this request. |
