| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This request is to establish the design phase to construct general-purpose lanes in both directions on SR202 (San Tan) between SR101 and I-10. The evaluation of a proposed northbound on-ramp for SR101 at Frye Road will also be included, as requested by MAG. The SR 202 (San Tan), SR 101 � I-10 project and the SR 101 at Frye Rd project are currently two separate projects. This request combines the scope and budget of the Frye Rd project with the SR 101 � I-10 project. The SR 101 at Frye Rd project will no longer be a stand-alone project.
