| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| Funding is needed to design headwall rehab at a 144" multi plate pipe @ MP 127.45. This work was identified in the Planning Level Scoping Document and the rehab was verified through a site visit. Box culvert extensions are also needed to improve I-40 resiliency at MP 129.71. This work was not included in the PLS document but was identified to be needed during a site visit. Additionally, several of the existing light poles do not meet current ADOT standards. Roadway lighting at the Seligman TI intersection will be upgraded to current standards. The EB off-ramp right turn lane turning radius, will be improved to accommodate truck traffic. Staff $10k Consultant $75k ICAP $6k |
