| This request is to establish a design project for a pedestrian trail in Friendship Park in the City of Avondale. The trail will connect to the future pedestrian bridge over ADOT drainage channel. The work includes multi-use path, earthwork and utility relocation, extension of electrical services for lighting for the future bridge, landscaping and other related items. Staff: $30K |

| This request is to move construction funding from FY26 to FY27. The City of Avondale is in the process of hiring a consultant for the design and obtaining approval for associated costs at the council meeting by the end of April 2026. These funds will expire September 2027. Rename the project to Agua Fria Trail Phase 2 Channel to Friendship Park. |
