Establish design project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

The Project Level Scoping document completed in June 2024 identifies milling and replacing asphaltic concrete from the mainline travel lanes and shoulders; embankment curb and guardrail replacement; American`s with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements; concrete sidewalk; drainage improvements; and bridge deck repair at the West Blvd TI OP(Str Number 614) and the Brewery Gulch TI OP (Str Number 670).
