25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish design project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

The Project Level Scoping document completed in September 2023 identifies milling asphaltic concrete from the mainline travel lanes and shoulders and replacing with stone matrix asphalt. Additional scope items include mill and replace on the SR 99 / Leupp Road ramps and crossroad; guardrail and fence replacement; seeding; drainage improvements; and bridge deck repair at the Tucker Flat Bridge WB (Str Number 01318). Staff: $495k Consultant: $200k ICAP: $55k
