| This project was previously designed and advertised as a state project, funded through the Wickenburg Ranch development. No bids were received and the project will now be advertised with the adjacent US 93 Vista Royale project. As part of the re-advertisement, NEPA documentation and environmental clearance is needed along with updates to the plans, specifications, and estimate. Per the IGA between ADOT and Wickenburg Ranch, a realignment of Mattie Ranch Road will be included in the project to relocate it`s existing connection with US 93 approximately 3,700 feet south to the existing roundabout at Wickenburg Ranch Way. | This developer funded project will construct roadway widening along US93 between Wickenburg Ranch Way and SR89 and a roundabout at the intersection of SR89. ICAP is not included in this project. The balance of the needed construction funding is being pursued by applying for a grant. The construction is planned in FY28. |

| The project scope includes constructing a two lane divided highway from Wickenburg Ranch Way to SR89 with a roundabout at the intersection of SR89 and US93. The M3 developer will contribute a total of $9.81 million for design and construction of this project with any remaining funds allocated to the adjacent segment from Tegner St to Wickenburg Ranch Way. Since contribution is not made until completion of project design, non federal funding is requested for stage submittal review, issuing clearances, and project advertisement.
