| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This is a Pavement Rehabilitation project on I-10 from the Stack to the Split (MP 143.5 - MP 391 - MP 150). This request is to establish a design project for pavement rehabilitation on I 10, Eastbound (EB) and Westbound (WB) from Milepost 143.5 to Milepost 150. The work consists of milling AR-ACFC of the existing pavement on I 10 (EB & WB), repairing Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (PCCP), diamond grinding the surface of existing PCCP, and milling AR-ACFC of the existing pavement on ramps and the shoulders, repairing Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (PCCP). In addition, the work includes bridge minor repairs, pavement markings and other related work. Consultant: $595K Staff: $100K ICAP: $55K |
