| This request is to increase the design budget to account for cultural resources inventory due to additional archaeological sites discovered. This includes Class III Report Monitoring and Discovery plan. Additional budget is also requested for originally underestimated staff charges to cover, in part, the review of the Design Decision and additional Environmental review. | ADOT Drainage is requiring a Drainage Memo. Funds are needed for the design consultant to produce the drainage memo, perform 3D survey, and update the project plan sheets, special provisions, and cost estimate. ADOT Environmental determined that additional biological work for Monarch Butterfly mitigation is needed as well as traffic control for Hazmat field work. In addition, consultant needs to prepare Design Decision Documentation. Consultant: $217k ICAP: $14k |
