Change in Scope Increase Budget
26. JUSTIFICATION
ADOT Drainage is requiring a Drainage Memo. Funds are needed for the design consultant to produce the drainage memo, perform 3D survey, and update the project plan sheets, special provisions, and cost estimate. ADOT Environmental determined that additional biological work for Monarch Butterfly mitigation is needed as well as traffic control for Hazmat field work. In addition, consultant needs to prepare Design Decision Documentation. Consultant: $217k ICAP: $14k

This request is to establish the design phase of the project. It`s a mill and fill pavement rehabilitation project on I-40. The construction is scheduled in FY28 in the FY25 - FY29 Tentative Program. Staff: $152k Consultant:$469k ICAP: $67k
