25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new project

26. JUSTIFICATION

This project will construct two new roundabouts at Imperial Dam and Aberdeen Roads and widen the Martinez Lake Road intersection. The existing pavement between the intersections will also be rehabilitated. This pavement segment was programmed to be rehabilitated in FY24. However, that scope of work was removed when the ultimate four lane widening project was envisioned. This request includes ICAP.
