Subsurface utility engineering (SUE) investigation is required for 14 locations with ground disturbing activities such as new CMPs, new pedestrian push buttons, and new signal poles Staff: $10K Consultant: $90K ICAP: $6.1K Right of Way is needed for a new pipe, rip rap, and associated maintenance access at Hills Drive (approx. MP 354.3). The development work during the acquisition process requires funding. Staff: $95K Consultant: $285K ICAP: $23.18K
