25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish a new Project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

Funding is needed for shoulder reconstruction of McKellips Boulevard at Colt Road. The shoulder pavement washed out due to 2022 Monsoon flooding. The reconstruction was done immediately by the Pinal County. The emergency declaration for this incident was issued by the Governor on September 15, 2022.
