25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish demolition project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

Two residential structures located within the acquired Right of Way for the project (ADOT Parcel #8-1952 & #8-1953) will require demolition. Demolition activities will include the removal of the structures, septic tanks and abandonment of wells. The properties are boarded up but break-ins have occurred. By removing the structures the possibility of further break-ins and vandalism is eliminated. This will be a procurement project. ICAP is included in this request.
