25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

This request is to establish this project for construction. The project scope consists of re-striping I-10 between Verrado Way and Citrus Road to add an HOV lane in both directions. Funding was approved at MAG regional council meeting on 2/26/25. MAG TIP ID DOT25-509C. ICAP is included in this request.
