| Additional state appropriation funding has been assigned to this segment. The scope of this project will be expanded to pavement rehabilitation rather than pavement life extension. The scope will include milling and replacing pavement and turnouts, improving guardrail, upgrading ADA features to current standards, and replacing signing and striping as necessary. Additional development money is needed due to the expanded scope including increased surveying, roadway and traffic design costs. Staff - $72K ICAP - $8K |

| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| The scope of the project is to remove and replace a minimum of 2.5 inches of Asphaltic Concrete from milepost 321 (Campus Drive) to MP 325.9 (Moson Rd) and address ADA compliance issues identified in the FIS. Consultants will be used for hazardous materials and project management. This pavement preservation project will be used as a pilot project for the new Pavement Design Risk Analysis method recently developed by the pavement design group. The name of the project shall be changed to Campus Dr - Moson Rd, with milepost limits from 321.0 to 325.9. The total project length will be 4.9 miles.
