26. JUSTIFICATION

This local project installs a 6-foot-wide sidewalk, adjusts driveways, adds curb and gutter, builds ADA ramps, and installs bike lanes on Mockingbird Lane from Lincoln Drive to McDonald Drive in Paradise Valley. MAG and the Town of Paradise Valley have confirmed the project will not be delivered in FY25, and cancellation is in process.
