| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This project will construct a deck replacement on the Beaver Dam Wash Bridge and a deck overlay on the Little Colorado River Bridge #1668 on US 180 Southeast of Holbrook, AZ. As per the Inspection Report, Bridge #1667 has large delaminations and areas of severe efflorescence in the soffit, which indicates that there is damage that goes all the way through the deck; while Bridge #1668 has wide cracks and spalls noted on the surface, but no delaminations. Construction is in FY 28 and in the FY25 - FY29 Program. Staff: $542K Consultant: $212K ICAP: $46K |
