Defer Advertisement to FY26
26. JUSTIFICATION
This is a project to replace the existing SR82 bridge over the San Pedro River. Due to delays associated with early Geotechnical Clearance and Cultural Clearance, the project cannot be delivered in FY25. This changes will be included in the FY26 - FY30 Five Year Program

Increase Budget.
26. JUSTIFICATION
Increase in budget to accommodate additional work associated with Environmental Tasks and staff design costs that were higher than anticipated. Cultural sites and Biological constraints were identified during design development that required additional hours for Environmental Sub-Consultant and staff for coordination. Consultant: $154K Staff: $176K ICAP: $26K

Establish new design project.
26. JUSTIFICATION
Based on discussion from the design team and bridge group, a bridge replacement is needed. The bridge was constructed in 1914 and lengthened in 1954 to mitigate scour concerns. The bridge has a sufficiency rating of 55.70 and is considered in Fair Condition. Consultant: $221K Staff: $368K ICAP: $66K
