Establish Design Project.

This scour retrofit project will provide a permanent remedy for the undercutting at the outlet of Structure Number 04394. Although the 5 Year Program listed the project as "Bridge Rehab," the specific scope of work is "Scour Retrofit." Staff: $271k Consultant: $200k ICAP: $29k
