The advertisement date is moved from 3rd quarter to 4th quarter because this project will be advertised for construction with the H8566 Queen Creek Bridge project. The H8566 project was also deferred to the 4th quarter to account for the Section 106 re-consultation period.

The original programming estimate was developed on a square footage of bridge deck multiplied by a unit cost per square foot. The final scoping document has been completed and includes 30pct for unidentified items. ICAP is included. Contingent upon PPAC approval, this will be included in the FY22 - FY26 Five Year Program.

In addition, during the stakeholder/consultant scoping meeting, Geotechnical investigation was requested to determine rockfall hazards at this location based on drone observations.
