| Defer Project to FY27. |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This project is currently programmed for construction in FY26. Funding source is CDS earmark available for obligation through September 30th, 2027. Additional time is needed for ROW acquisition and utility relocations. This request is to defer construction from FY26 to FY27 to advertise this project in Q2 FY27. SCMPO approved a TIP amendment to move construction to FY27 at their February 26th TAC meeting. The amendment will go to the SCMPO Executive Board on March 10th. |

| These funds are for Staff to review & advertise Consultant PS&E documents. The City has contracted directly with a design consultant to prepare PS&E bid documents. IGA 24-0009573-I has been executed and local funds have been received. Staff - $45K Request for project name to be changed to "South Florence St @ Ash Ave, Casa Grande" to conform with FHWA project naming convention. |
