| This Minor Program project application did not include sufficient funds to update ADA features. There are minor scoping changes needed for paving a Turn out and extending the project 150 feet to the Verde River Bridge, to avoid a paving exception. The additional construction funding per pre-stage IV includes: Turn out $51K ADA Concrete Driveway items $665K ADA pedestrian signal modification $61K Other Adjust Unit cost (Remove sidewalk; concrete sidewalk ramp; AC) $73K Extra paving tie into Verde River Bridge $39K Change project name to "MAIN ST - VERDE RIVER BRIDGE". |

| This Minor Program project was approved by SuPIRB (Item No. 102765) and will address pavement failures to improve public safety and traffic operation on SR89A between MP 353.1 to MP 355.9. Construction will occur in FY23. Consultant $41K Staff $330K ICAP $39K |
