25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST
Increase budget.
26. JUSTIFICATION
This project will replace existing commercial vehicle guide signs to provide a consistent message and format at the Ehrenberg, San Simon, Topock, Sanders, Yuma, and Page Ports of Entry, in addition to the I-17 McGuireville and I-19 Canoa Ranch rest areas. Cost increase due to Construction Engineering and the use of larger signs. ICAP is included in this request.
