Establish new project.

This project will replace existing commercial vehicle guide signs to provide a consistent message and format at the Ehrenberg, San Simon, Topock, Sanders, Yuma, and Page Ports of Entry, in addition to the I-17 McGuireville and I-19 Canoa Ranch rest areas. Consultant $265k Staff $58k ICAP $26k
