| Increase budget and change project name. |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| The limits of the project were increased from 3.6 miles to 3.88 miles to include fog coat through the Vicksburg roundabout and eliminate a gap in recent pavement rehabilitation projects. The name for the project is now "Vicksburg - SR72". Additional funding is needed due to increases in unit cost for AC items, striping, and concrete. This request includes ICAP. |
