Establish new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

Midgley Bridge over Wilson Canyon is in fair condition and requires rehabilitation activities to extend the life of the structure. Rehabilitation to include cleaning/painting of superstructure, approach slab rehabilitation and bridge joint replacement. Consultant $172K Staff $288K ICAP $40K
