25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

This project will replace the existing scale and construct an inspection pit at the Yuma Port of Entry. Shifting the existing Redondo Drive I-8 entrance ramp to the west is required to provide space for the inspection pit. Staff $112k Consultant $629k ICAP $59k
