25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

The Town of Quartzsite requested AZSMART Grant funding for the design of the West Quartzsite TI and Frontage Road infrastructure expansion project. The project will widen Quartzsite Boulevard, include new bridges over I-10, retaining walls, reconstruct the TI ramps and intersections, widen and reconstruct the Frontage Road intersections at Dome Rock Road/Kuehn Street, and install new roadway lighting.
