25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish 01X subphase

26. JUSTIFICATION

This project will go through a procurement contract for the purchase of new and retrofit CCTV along various parts of the Interstate and National Highway System. Environmental, U&RR, and R/W Clearances are needed, although there will be no ground disturbance. Installation will be done by ADOT staff. Procurement = $220K ICAP = $25K
