Establish new project.
26. JUSTIFICATION
As per the completed Pavement Management performance measures, the existing pavement has experienced distress cracking and is in substandard condition. This project will rehabilitate the existing pavement as recommended in the Planning Level Pre-Scoping document. Construction is in FY28, in the FY25 - FY29 Tentative Program. Staff: $495K Consultant $151K ICAP: $69K
