| Advance project to FY25 Increase in budget |
| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This project is to convert HPS lighting to LED. The project is ready to advertise. Capacity exists to deliver this project in FY25. This request is to advance the project from FY26 to advertise this project in FY25. The original programmed amount was based on estimates that did not take into account the type of fixtures required and their unit costs. Additionally, traffic control and the Construction Engineering was underestimated. ICAP is included in this request |
