25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish a new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

This request is to establish the design phase in Fiscal Year 2024 for a pavement rehabilitation project on US 70 from milepost 330 to 335. Construction is currently scheduled in FY28 in the FY25 - FY29 Tentative Program.
