25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

As per the completed Pavement Management performance measures, the existing pavement has experienced distress cracking and is in substandard condition. This project will rehabilitate the existing pavement as recommended in the Planning Level Pre-scoping document. Construction is currently scheduled in FY28 in the FY25 - FY29 Tentative Program. Staff: $200K Consultant: $400K ICAP: $65K
