25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish a new design project

26. JUSTIFICATION

This pavement rehabilitation project located on B-40. The scope of work includes milling 4 1/2 inches of existing travel at the center lane and shoulders, replacing it with 4 1/2 inches of AC-EP (3/4) (Special Mix), and conducting drainage improvement work to address flooding and downstream erosion control outside the existing right-of-way. Consultant $705K Staff $167K ICAP $94K
