| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This project is to convert HPS lighting to LED. The original programmed amount was based on initial estimates that did not take into account the type of lighting fixtures required and their varied unit costs. This request is to also change the beginning MP from 19.0 to 18.0, and increase the project length to 12 miles. This segment was missed in the original scoping and if not included would leave a gap of HPS lighting. ICAP is included in this request. |
