Establish new project.

This consultant-designed project will convert High Pressure Sodium (HPS) lighting to Light-emitting diode (LED) lighting as part of the Carbon Reduction Program. Construction is anticipated in FY25. Staff: $65k Consultant: $170k ICAP: $25k
