Establish new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

Based on a feasibility report completed in December 2023, this project will convert the existing SR101L and SR51 system TI East-South directional ramp from one lane to two lanes for operational and capacity improvements. Contingent upon approval by MAG Regional Council on 04-24-2024. Consultant:$361K Staff:$90K ICAP:$49K
