Establish new project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

The intersection of US 93 and Bonanza Dr. was recently signalized. The existing DMS is roughly 600 ft. north of Bonanza Dr., losing effectiveness due to the proximity of the traffic signal. The existing DMS needs to be relocated to approximately 1,500ft south of Bonanza Dr. Consultant: $170 Staff: $30k ICAP: $22k
