| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This project will relocate the existing DMS to approximately 1,500ft south of the US93 and Bonanza Dr intersection. This project was transferred from Systems Technology to PMG for advertisement through Contract & Specifications in September 2025. Requesting moving advertisement from quarter two to quarter four of FY26 to provide C&S adequate time to prepare the bid package. |

| The intersection of US 93 and Bonanza Dr. was recently signalized. The existing DMS is roughly 600 ft. north of Bonanza Dr., losing effectiveness due to the proximity of the traffic signal. The existing DMS needs to be relocated to approximately 1,500ft south of Bonanza Dr. Consultant: $170 Staff: $30k ICAP: $22k |
