25. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST

Establish new design project.

26. JUSTIFICATION

As per the completed Pavement Management performance measures, the existing pavement has experienced distress cracking and is in substandard condition. The project will rehabilitate the existing pavement as recommended in the Planning Level Pre-scoping document. The design of this project is programmed in FY23 with construction programmed in FY25. Staff: $363K Consultant: $102K ICAP: $49K
