| This is an HSIP project to construct left turn lanes on SR87 at each approach of the Kleck Road intersection. Budget increase needed for cultural monitoring and flagging cost required for a cultural site found along the SE corner of SR87 and Kleck intersection. Consultant $19K ICAP $5K |

| 26. JUSTIFICATION |
| This is an HSIP project to construct left turn lanes on SR87 at each approach of the Kleck Road intersection. Construction is scheduled for FY24. The Stage IV estimate came in higher than the programmed budget due to increase in unit prices of AC, AB and roadway excavation costs. There was also a quantity increase in roadway excavation and guardrail. ICAP is included in this request. |
